Objective To observe the effect of Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule（Olive capsule for dissolving blood fat）on plaque rupture of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods The patients were randomized into treatment group（32 cases）and control group（31 cases）.The treatment group was administered Ganlan Jiangzhi Capsule and the control group was given Xuezhikang Capsule.Both groups took medicine for 12 weeks.Blood fat
