摘要

目的观察自拟柴郁诃子汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将112例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组56例

口服自拟柴郁诃子汤治疗;对照组56例

口服马来酸曲美布汀胶囊。两组均以4周为1个疗程

连用2个疗程。计算治疗前后症状总分数及总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%

对照组为75.0%

两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论自拟柴郁诃子汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaiyu Kezi Decoction on irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）of diarrhea type.Methods The 112 cases were divided into two groups randomly.The 56 cases in treatment group were given Chaiyu Kezi Decoction while those 56 cases in control group prescribed Trimebutine Maleate Capsule for oral taking.Four weeks as a period of treatment

two periods in succession.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.1% and 75.0% respectively

and there was a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Chaiyu Kezi Decoction on IBS of diarrhea type was good.
