摘要

目的评价治疗中风先兆经验方柔肝熄风汤干预中风先兆症的临床疗效。方法采用随机双盲对照研究方法

将60例中风先兆症患者随机分为柔肝熄风汤治疗组和天麻钩藤饮对照组

给药4周后

观察两组给药前后中医证候、血压、脉搏、心率、血脂、血糖、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果治疗组治疗后总胆固醇

切变率200、30、5m Pa.s全血黏度

纤维蛋白原

收缩压

舒张压

血糖较治疗前均有明显改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论柔肝熄风汤不仅能够明显改善中风先兆症患者临床症状

且对患者血脂、血液流变学、血压、血糖等指标具有明显改善作用。春季服用柔肝熄风汤以平熄风阳

对中风先兆症的发生发展具有控制作用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Rougan Xifeng Decoction（Decoction for eliminating the liver wind） on high-risk factors of threatened apoplexy patients.Methods The 60 threatened apoplexy patients were randomly assigned to two groups: treatment group（Rougan Xifeng Decoction） and control group（Tianma Gouteng Decoction）.After 4-week treatment

the changes of TCM syndrome

blood pressure

pulse

heart rate

blood lipid

blood sugar and hemorheology were evaluated.Results In the treatment group

the total cholesterol（TC）

blood viscosity at shear rate 200

fibrinogen

systolic pressure

diastolic pressure

and blood sugar were significantly different from those before treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion Rougan Xifeng Decoction can not only relieve the symptoms of threatened apoplexy but also improve the indices of blood lipid

hemorheology

blood pressure and blood sugar.Taken in spring

Rougan Xifeng Decoction functions to control the incidence and development of threatened apoplexy.
