Objective To study the effect of Dusuqing Granule（Toxin-eliminating Granule） on the expression of inflammatory factors of lung tissue of rabbit with the lung injury induced by endotoxin.Methods The rabbit models of lung injury were established by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharides.The 36 flap-eared white rabbits were randomized into 6 groups: Normal control group

ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the Shuanghuanglian group were obviously weakened（P<0.01）.Conclusion The expressions of inflammatory factors of lung tissues of rabbits with the lung injury induced by endotoxin are obviously increased and Dusuqing Granule and Shuanghuanglian Oral Fluid can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
