摘要

目的探讨点按疗法对围绝经期综合征患者的作用及机理。方法将符合纳入标准的围绝经期综合征患者随机分为点按治疗组（点按组）和口服利维爱组（利维爱组）各30例

疗程3个月

治疗前后分别评价改良Kupperman评分及治疗前后血清雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）的变化。结果点按组和利维爱组的改良Kupperman评分均较治疗前显著改善（P<0.01）

两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者治疗后血清E2均较治疗前显著提高（P<0.01）

而FSH、LH均较治疗前显著下降（P<0.01）

两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论点按疗法可以减轻围绝经期综合征的症状

提高血清E2水平

降低血清FSH、LH水平

与口服利维爱疗效相当。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of click-press therapy for the patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods Sixty cases of peri-menopausal syndrome were equally divided into click-press group and Tibolone group

both were treated for 3 months.The modified Kupperman score

serum estradiol（E2）

follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）

and luteinizing hormone（LH）were evaluated before and after treatment respectively.Results After treatment

the modified Kupperman score in both groups was improved significantly（P<0.01）

but there was no significant difference between（P>0.05）;serum E2 of both groups was significantly increased（P<0.01）

and FSH and LH were significantly decreased（P<0.01）

without significant difference between（P>0.05）.Conclusion Both click-press therapy and Tibolone can relieve the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome

increase E2 and decrease FSH and LH.The click-press therapy has the same effect as Tibolone.
