Objective To analyze the pattern characteristics of severe self-visceral pneumonia in children based on expert survey.Methods A questionnaire related to patterns of severe self-visceral pneumonia in children was developed

and experts in traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics or integrative medicine pediatrics were selected nationwide for the survey.The mean

the top 2 patterns of severe self-visceral pneumonia in children were toxin-heat blocking the lung pattern（ 41.30%） and phlegm-heat blocking the lung pattern（ 39.13%）.The indicators those mean of expert opinion was greater than 3 and variation coefficient less than 0.25 with higher cumulative percentages were continuous strong heat
