分析道学在中医情志养生理论及方法形成中的重要意义

并对当今社会情志养生的方法提出建议。

Abstract

The emotional health theory in Chinese medicine is closely related to Taoism. Taoism has played an important role in the formation and development of emotional health theory. In this article

the influence of Taoism on the formation and development of emotional health theory in Chinese medicine was analyzed

and the emotional regimens nowadays were proposed.
