摘要

现代人由于饮食起居失宜导致"脾主散精"功能受损

肥胖、2型糖尿病等生活方式相关性疾病发病率逐年升高。限食疗法是一种在保证生物体不发生营养不良情况下

减少每日能量摄取的"绿色"自然疗法

可以顾护中焦

健运脾胃

恢复脾主散精功能

在一定程度上对糖脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗等有重要的防治作用。从"脾主散精"角度对限食疗法的中医机制进行探讨。

Abstract

The incidence of lifestyle-related diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes has increased year by year due to the dysfunction of‘spleen governing distributing essence’caused by improper diet and lifestyle.As a natural therapy

diet restriction therapy can protect middle jiao

recover the function of spleen and stomach

and prevent lipid disorders and insulin resistance.The mechanism of diet restriction therapy was discussed from‘spleen governing distributing essence’theory in this article.
