摘要

在继承于尔辛教授治疗肝癌经验的基础上

发现胰腺癌治疗与肝癌不同

提出"湿热蕴结"是胰腺癌核心病机

确立清热化湿法则对胰腺癌全程治疗

拟定清胰化积方

并通过临床及实验研究证实了清胰化积方辅助现代医学综合治疗具有延长晚期胰腺癌患者和胰腺癌肝转移患者生存期的作用

其机理可能为通过下调Ski基因表达抑制胰腺肿瘤的生长。

Abstract

Based on experience of the national famous doctor YU Erxin in treating liver cancer

we consider that pancreatic cancer is closely related to damp-heat brewing and binding. A series of clinic and basic trails were conducted based on damp-heat brewing and binding therapy and Qingyi Huaji Formula（ Pancreas-Clearing AccumulationTransforming Formula）. Qingyi Huaji Formula can prolong survival in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and pancreatic cancer patients with liver metastases. The mechenism might be inhibiting tumor growth by down-regulating expression of gene ski.
