摘要

介绍周德安针药结合治疗间质性膀胱炎的经验。临床以"治病先治神"和"怪病多痰"思想为指导

针刺选用百会、神庭二穴调节元神

取中脘、内关、公孙、列缺、丰隆以理气化痰、健脾利湿;中药常用当归、白芍相配养血柔肝

使枢机疏泄正常;柴胡、炒苍术、炒白术疏肝健脾化痰

并在辨证加减方面喜用对药。

Abstract

Experience of ZHOU De′an in treating interstitial cystitis with acupuncture and medicine were introduced in this article.ZHOU De′an often combines acupuncture with medicine to treat interstitial cystitis under the guidance of‘treating spirit before treating diseases’ and‘strange diseases are mainly caused by phlegm’.The commonly used acupoints are Baihui（GV20）

Shenting（GV24）

Zhongwan（CV12）

Neiguan（PC6）

Gongsun（SP4）

Lieque（LU7）and Fenglong（ST40）.The commonly used herbs are Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis

当归）

Baishao（Radix Paeoniae Alba

白芍）

Chaihu（Radix Bupleuri

柴胡）

Cangzhu（Atractylodis Rhizoma Frictum

苍术）and Baizhu（Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma Frictum

白术）.
