This paper aims to introduce Professor ZHOU Shaohua’s experience in the treatment of Parkinson. He holds that the disease belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality-deficiency of liver and kidney

and deficiency of Qi and blood are the root cause

but the wind and phlegm are the signs of cause.Therefore

in the treatment

nourishing liver and kidney

and replenishing qi and blood should be applied to treat the root cause

supplemented by calming wind

and reducing phlegm. Prof. ZHOU makes good use of herbal insects that dredges collaterals effectively

extinguishes wind

and relieves convulsion in treatment of Parkinson disease.
