patient reported outcomes( PRO) scale reflects the "people-oriented "characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) and is drawing more and more attention. On the basis of PRO concept
international scales
qi and blood pattern differentiation theory
internal damage by seven emotions
holism of body and spirit and correspondence between man and nature theory
this research builds a structure model of TCM PRO scale in qi-stagnation and blood-stasis pattern which covers knowledge in physiological
psychological
social domain( including social relations and social environment) and independent domains. Based on this
it also extends out seven aspects including qi stagnation and blood stasis symptoms such as swelling pain or stabbing pain
numbness of limbs
impalpable pain
fixed pain points and so on
positive feelings and negative feelings
living ability and study ability. The structure model of PRO scale conforms to the characteristics of TCM theory
and it lays the theoretical foundation for the establishment of TCM PRO scale of qi-stagnation and blood statsis pattern.
