摘要

理气法是中医治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）心绞痛常用方法之一。冠心病心绞痛患者常有情志不遂等临床表现

易因情绪波动而诱发

气机不畅是冠心病心绞痛重要病机。临床以理气法为基础

配合活血、化痰、清热等治法

其机制与抗心肌缺血、抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛等有关。

Abstract

Regulating Qi method is one of the most frequently used Chinese medical methods in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（ CAHD） with angina pectoris. CAHD patients with angina pectoris usually accompany with the manifestation of emotional upset and angina pectoris might easily induced by emotional fluctuations. Therefore

Qi activity obstruction is an important pathogenesis of coronary angina pectoris. Clinically

the therapies are based on regulating Qi

and combine with activating blood

eliminating phlegm and clearing heat

etc. The effective mechanisms are correlated with anti-myocardial ischemia

anti-inflammatory

antioxidation and analgesia

etc.
