H5N1 and H7N9 influenza virus

and it can significantly reduce HA and TCID50 of H1N1 influenza virus with drug treatment way（P < 0.05 or P <0.01）.The median effective concentration of Qingkailing soft capsule precursor and Ribavirin injection against H1N1 influenza virus is 0.25 mg/ml

2.19 g/ml respectively.The therapeutic index is 5.32

95.89 respectively.Conclusion Qingkailing soft capsule precursor has significant preventive effect against influenza virus of H1N1

H5N1 and H7N9

and it has a good therapeutic effect for H1N1 influenza virus.
