摘要

李士懋提出

辨识寒凝证高血压病的主要指征为"痉脉"

其次为恶寒、疼痛等外在症状及体征。并且认为寒凝证的轻重程度与脉的拘紧程度成正比

据此遣制了专用方剂寒凝汤

该方以麻黄细辛附子汤合止痉散为基本方化裁而成

从而在理法方药上形成一套完整的辨治体系。

Abstract

Professor LI Shimao puts forward that the main indication of differentiating hypertension of coagulated cold syndrome was "jing-pulse"（痉脉）. The second were external symptoms and signs

such as aversion to cold

pain

etc. Besides

Prof. LI helds that the severity level of coagulated cold syndrome was in proportion to the spasm level of pulse. Based on this

Prof. LI composed a special prescription Hanning Decoction（寒凝汤）

which was modified from the combination of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction（麻黄细辛附子汤） and Zhijing Powder（止痉散）. Therefore

Prof. LI formed a complete differentiation and treatment system in principle-method-recipe-medicine.
