从辨治原则、临证模式、处方程式三个方面介绍余瀛鳌临证思维。强调临证遵循一定临证模式

主张在辨病论治和辨证论治相结合的基础上

拟定通治方

并根据患者具体情况

运用通治法予以加减化裁。择要总结了余瀛鳌常见病治法、通治方、通治法及其用药经验。

Abstract

This article introduces syndrome differentiation thought of YU Ying’ ao from three aspects: treatment principle

syndrome differentiation pattern and prescription process. Professor YU emphasizes following certain syndrome differentiation pattern in clinical practice. He advocates to prescribe general formulas according to treatment based on disease differentiation and treatment based on syndrome differentiation; then makes modification for the general formulas according to patients’ specific conditions. This article summarizes his treating methods
