the authors put forward emotional therapy thought of "thought restricting fear"for GAD. Excessive worry involves thought and fear
as well as function of spleen and kidney. Excessive "thought"is the main cause of the disease
while great forethought and getting the source is the treating method. The authors propose that the core idea of "thought restricting fear"emotional therapy for GAD is finding the source of events behind the emotions. By leading "thought"of positive effect
patients may reexamine the understanding and emotional responses on specific events to treat the disease.
