摘要

基于慢性荨麻疹相关流行病学调查结果

从中医学角度分析其发病机制、体质特点及发病规律

提出"健脾温肾治其本、祛风化湿治其标"的慢性荨麻疹治疗大法。并建议将现代医学流行病学调查证据与传统中医理论紧密结合

围绕慢性荨麻疹患者的整体特征构建系统的辨治体系。

Abstract

Based on the chronic urticaria epidemiological survey

this article analyzes its pathogenesis

constitutional characteristics and occurrence regularity

and proposes "strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney to cure the root cause

expelling wind and dampness to cure the manifestation"as the main treatment method of chronic urticaria.The authors suggest combining the modern medicine epidemiological survey evidence and Chinese medicine theory

and building a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system based on the whole characteristics of the chronic urticaria patients.
