摘要

肠道菌群失调不仅影响肠道恶性肿瘤、肠易激综合征的发生发展

而且与乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌等恶性肿瘤的发生也密切相关。基于中医药多途径多靶点的抗肿瘤机制

认为调节肠道微生态或许是中药或复方发挥抗肿瘤效应的重要一环。通过查阅文献

归纳并总结部分既能调节肠道微生态又具有抗肿瘤作用的中药及中药复方

希冀为中医药抗肿瘤研究提供新思路。

Abstract

The imbalance of gut microbiota is not only involved in development of intestinal malignant tumor

irritable bowel syndrome

but also in breast cancer

lung cancer

liver cancer and other malignant tumors. Based on the multiple ways of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） anti-tumor mechanism

we assume that the Chinese medicine compound which regulate the gut microbiota may play a significant part in the anti-tumor. We summrized papers involving the Chinese medicine compound having both effect of balancing gut microbiota and antitumor

hoping to provide new way of study for the anti-tumor research of TCM.
