摘要

余瀛鳌教授临证擅用通治方治疗脑髓消（脑萎缩、老年性痴呆）。认为脑髓消属于本虚标实

本虚在于肝肾精血亏虚

标实在于痰浊蒙窍、络脉瘀滞

故治疗应以益肾通络、化痰开窍、益智醒脑为主

临床拟定通治方益智醒脑汤加减治疗脑髓消。并举老年性痴呆和小脑萎缩典型病例

说明方药加减变化。

Abstract

Clinically

Professor YU Ying′ao is good at using a general Formula treating brain marrow elimination（brain atrophy

senile dementia）. It is believed that brain marrow elimination belongs to the deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity. The deficiency lies in the deficiency of liver and kidney

fluid and blood and the excess lies in the phlegm and turbidity clouding orifices

stasis obstructing collateral

so the treatment should be based on benefiting the kidney and removing obstruction in collateral

disspating the phlegm and inducing resuscitation

benefiting wisdom and invigorating the brain. Clinically

a self-made general formula

modified Yizhi Xingnao Decoction（益智醒脑汤） was used treat brain marrow elimination. Meanwhile

the typical cases of senile dementia and cerebellar atrophy were mentioned

indicating the use of prescription modification.
