摘要

基于中医状态的"有象、有律、可分、可辨、可调、据状立法、可评价"七个特点

结合目前对此次新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称"新冠肺炎"）疫情的相关研究

提出从宏观、中观、微观三个层次对新冠肺炎状态表征参数进行收集

借助健康状态认知的理论和方法进行研究

以整体的、恒动的观点指导新冠肺炎的状态辨识。从状态辨识的角度提出了对新冠肺炎的诊疗思路

对把握新冠肺炎特点

确立诊断、治疗和预防思路

以及新冠肺炎状态识别与干预评价系统的构建具有重要意义。

Abstract

Based on the seven characteristics of the status in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）

i.e. manifest

disciplined

separable

identifiable

adjustable

principal based on evidence

and appraisable

the authors combined them with the current situation of the coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19）

proposing to collect the state characterization parameters of COVID-19 from the 3 levels of macro

meso

and micro

and to use theories and methods of health cognition to conduct research in order to guide the state identification of COVID-19 from a holistic and perpetual perspective. From the perspective of status identification

the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 is proposed

which is of great significance for grasping the characteristics of COVID-19

establishing the diagnosis

treatment and prevention ideas

as well as the construction of the COVID-19 status identification and intervention evaluation system.
