摘要

肾的实体位于人体下腹部，与膀胱、外生殖器结构位置紧密联系，参与主水液、主生殖、主纳气等功能的构建。古代医家基于肾与膀胱解剖结构的关系以及从自然界水循环向人体水代谢的隐喻映射，构建了肾主水和气化的功能；对人类生殖功能与生长发育过程同步变化的认识体悟，促使了肾主生殖向肾主生长发育的进一步拓展，也启发了肾与骨、齿、发、志等形体官窍的联系；对两性生殖功能协同发挥作用，以及人体胚胎发育过程中五脏四肢百骸从无到有的观察认识，形成了精血同源、肾藏五脏六腑之精等理论；在对人类腹式呼吸活动的观察及其养生调摄作用认识的基础上，肾被赋予了主纳气的功能。在解剖学知识与生殖、生长发育、呼吸活动等具身经验的交织过程中，中医肾藏象学说逐渐形成。

Abstract

The kidney， located in the lower abdomen of the human body， is closely connected to the bladder and external genitalia， and governs water， reproduction， and

reception. Considering the relationship between the anatomical structure of the kidney and the bladder， and the metaphor of natural water cycle for water metabolism in human body， the ancient physicians propose that kidney governs water and

transformation. As the reproduction function is considered to be improved with the growth and development of human beings synchronously， the function of kidney is expanded from governing reproduction to growth and development in addition. Accordingly， the associations between kidney and bone， tooth， hair， minds and other body and orifices have been inspired. The observation findings on the synergistic reproductive function between two sexes， as well as the formulation of five

zang

organs （脏）， limbs and skeleton from nothing during the human embryonic development， supported the construction of theories that essence and blood are from the same source， and that the kidney stores the essence of the five

zang

organs and six

organs （腑）. As abdominal breathing activities are found to be associated with health preservation and regulating， it is proposed that kidney governs

reception. Finally， the visceral manifestation theory of kidney in TCM has been formulated through interaction between anatomical knowledge and subjective experience in reproduction， growth and development and breathing activities.
