摘要

腠理是广泛分布于人体各组织间隙和纹理的运行气血津液的通道，而黄斑水肿病机与气血津液代谢失调密切相关。将腠理学说与眼部生理病理联系在一起，基于治疗黄斑水肿的临床经验，从腠理学说探讨黄斑水肿的发病机制及治疗思路。认为腠理疏松致水液停聚、腠理瘀滞致气郁血阻是黄斑水肿发病过程的核心环节，治疗应“固腠理”与“行腠理”相结合，临证前者要重视补气健脾药的应用，后者需重视行气活血利水法的运用。将腠理生理病理与黄斑水肿病机紧密相连，可为临床诊治提供新思路。

Abstract

Striae and interstices is a widely distributed channel in the interstitial spaces and textures of various tissues of the human body where

， blood and fluids run through. When the metabolism of

， blood and fluids is disordered， the macular edema may be generated. By linking the striae and interstices theory with the ocular physiology and pathology， and considering the clinical experience in the treatment of macular edema， this paper explored the pathogenesis and treatment idea of macular edema from the theory of striae and interstices. It is put forward that looseness of striae and interstices causing fluids retention， as well as stasis and stagnation of striae and interstices leading to

constraint and blood stasis are the core links in the pathogenesis of macular edema. Therefore， it is proposed that the treatment should focus on both consolidation and movement of the striae and interstices， by using

-supplementing and spleen-fortifying formulas and

-moving， blood-invigorating and urination promoting method， respectively. The close connection of physiology and pathology of striae and interstices with the pathogenesis of macular edema could provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of macular edema.
