摘要

总结蔡连香教授运用自拟芪莪抑癥汤预防子宫内膜息肉切除术后复发的临证经验。认为子宫内膜息肉切除术后复发的原因多为瘀阻胞宫，且常与气虚血瘀、湿热瘀阻、肝郁脾虚、痰湿瘀阻有关，以气虚血瘀兼湿热多见。提出益气活血、清热散结为预防法则，并分经期、非经期进行预防性治疗，经期用药着重活血调经，以四物汤为基础方加减；非经期用药着重益气活血、清热散结，以自拟芪莪抑癥汤随证加减。

Abstract

This paper introduced the clinical experience of CAI Lianxiang in preventing recurrence after endometrial polypectomy with self-made

Qi'e Yizheng Decoction

（芪莪抑癥汤）. It is believed that stasis obstructing the uterus with appendages， correlated with qi deficiency and blood stasis， damp-heat stasis obstruction， liver constraint and spleen deficiency， and phlegm-damp stasis obstruction， mainly caused the recurrence； and the type of qi deficiency， blood stasis and damp heat is commonly seen. Following the principle of boosting qi and invigorating blood， clearing heat and dissipating masses， self-made

Qi'e Yizheng Decoction

is used to prevent recurrence after endometrial polypectomy. Different method is used during the menstrual and intermenstrual peirods. During the menstrual periods， it is suggested to put focus on invigorating blood and regulating meridians， and take modified prescription based on

Si Wu Decoction

（四物汤）. During the intermenstrual periods， it is advised to mainly use qi-boosting and blood-activating， heat-clearing and masses-dissipating herbs， and self-made

with modifcations in accordance with clinical syndromes can be taken
