This paper introduced the experience in treating arrhythmia with the method of soothing the liver, fortifying the spleen and removing the turbidity. According to the long-term clinical experience and the characteristics of current social environment, it is found that arrhythmia of liver constraint and spleen deficiency pattern is more common. The main pathogenesis of arrhythmia is liver constraint and spleen deficiency, turbidity pathogen block and obstruction, of which spleen deficiency is the root, while liver constraint is the direct cause, and turbidity pathogens such as stasis, phlegm, dampness, and fatty is the important pathogenic factor. The method of soothing the liver, fortifying the spleen and removing the turbidity is suggested, and the self-made
