摘要

中医四诊能够察神变于形变之前，见微知著，从而提高恶性肿瘤筛查、预防能力。神的状态可以衡量、决定恶性肿瘤的治疗效果，鉴别治疗过程中出现的排病反应，指导后续治疗措施，也是判断肿瘤患者生存期、生活康复质量的重要预后因素。运用调神治癌八法，推动“神不使”向“神使”的转变。进一步提出应借助现代化诊疗设备和科研方法，揭示“神”与恶性肿瘤发生发展的内在相关性，增强中西医综合防治能力。

Abstract

This paper proposed that traditional Chinese medicine four examinations can detect changes of

Shen

（spirit） prior to physical manifestations， and anticipate significant developments from subtle signs， thereby enhancing the capabilities of cancer screening and prevention. The state of

Shen

serves to measure and determine the therapeutic effectiveness on cancer， and differentiate disease-releasing reactions during therapy to guide subsequent interventions， and as a significant prognostic indicator to predict cancer patients' survival， qu

ality of life， and rehabilitation. The application of the "Eight Methods for Regulating

Shen

to Treat Cancer" facilitates the transition from the state of "

Shen

resistance" to "

Shen

cooperation". Furthermore， it is proposed that modern diagnostic equipment and scientific research should be leveraged to elucidate the intrinsic correlation between

Shen

and cancer and to further enhance integrative Chinese and Western medicine capacity for cancer prevention and treatment.
